To book an appointment please telephone 01708 739 379 from 08:00am-6.30pm Monday – Friday. If your problem is of an urgent nature then try and call as early in the day as possible and give our staff an indication of the problem in order for them to decide on the most appropriate time to see you. If you wish to have a telephone consultation then please state this at time of booking.
Urgent cases will be seen on the same day.
Appointments are for 10 minutes and for one or two medical issues only. If you need to discuss more than this then you should book a double appointment. If you wish to be seen by a particular doctor please specify this at the time of booking.
Whenever possible your own doctor will see you unless he/she is unavailable when you will be seen by another partner or a locum. This also applies to home visits. We always try and see patients as close to their appointments time as possible however in some cases this may not be possible. Your patience in this respect is much appreciated.

Evening and weekend appointments at Havering Enhanced Access Hub
You can now BOOK ONLINE for an evening or weekend appointment with a GP, ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioner) or Nurse. Click the link ‘Book an appointment (herohealth.net)’ below. You must book an appointment slot before attending the hub – there is no walk-in-service.
There are two locations available:
- Local Hub at Petersfield Surgery, 70 Petersfield Avenue, RM3 9PD, or
- Local hub at Lynwood Medical Centre : 2a, 6 Lynwood Dr, Romford RM5 3QL
If you are having problems with booking, want to change your booking, or cancel the appointment, please contact your GP practice, not the hub.
