Our Practice Manager is available to assist you with the administrative aspects of your health. She is also available to discuss any suggestions you might have to improve our services to you.
Receptionists
Our Senior Receptionist along with three other receptionists, are here to help you.
At times they may need to ask you for further details about your request when you telephone the surgery. This is to ensure we can assist you as speedily as possible by giving you the right appointments.
All our Staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctor and nurse.
